I probably have stayed over 50 times with Executive Apartments Inc. over the last two years while on business. The other reviews are pretty accurate. Location cannot be beat. I stayed in the newly built Gramercy. 2B condo with parking was just $226 a night which is a steal. Even though parking is included free of charge, the metro is less than a block away and easily convenient to most DC locations. I lived at the Bennett Park apartments for two years. The property managers have changed three times since I have been here. Sadly, each management company proves to be more incompetent than the last. Maintenance people are not empowered to fix any issue. They are only allowed to do inexpensive temporary fixes where the problem will undoubtedly return. \t\n\t\nIn addition to these issues, we have faced several leaks, air conditioning malfunctions, broken elevators(that still go to a floor but won't let you go anywhere) and poor building maintenance in common areas(ie business and fitness centers.)\t\n\t\nI encourage anyone who is considering this property to save their money and look elsewhere! ...read more
