Vista was a great place to live, however, the management turned out to be a bunch of liars and shysters. After telling us for months how the move-out process was to go, including on the DAY OF, they then turned around and admitted they lied to our faces and were demanding more rent. Even after I had gone through the personal expense of finding them new tenants, who they then refused unless they signed a new lease for longer than intended, at a higher price. They waited until I left the country, told me they lied, and then tried to charge me more money. No one even cared that they were a bunch of liars and cheats. Don't bother looking at these apartments, you will regret choosing to live here. I have lived here for 3 years now, in that time the building has changed ownership from Charles E. Smith to Bainbridge. That is where the problems lie, the leasing agents are terrible people, rude, un-helpful, unaccommodating, arrogant, and smug ( I would be using curse words if I didn't think there was the remote chance a youth would read this). Do not assume for a moment, that the pros of the location outweigh the cons, and these leasing agents may very well be cons. The rest of the staff is delightful, and will help you in any way possible, but the terrible leasing agents appear to be in charge, and any problem you have must go through them.
