This was the best experience ever. I'm never going to any other place for shoes again! The lady(Lee? I think) was so kind and patient. She is an expert about shoes and very passionate about the right fit. It was not about selling shoes with her but about getting you the right fit. I was new to Arlington and hadn't too many quarters for parking. She went with me to my car and directed me to the store's free parking and she even showed me how to use the pay machine. Thank you so much. I will recommend Tennis Factory to all. ...read more

oh my god, rude and not competent. I wanted to buy a pair of shoes and a racket and the shoe lady made me wait for like 25 minutes. I did not bother to eventually buy something from her because she continually ignored me: they lost a customer. I also talked to (I assume) her husband while waiting and he was like a car salesman for rackets and tennis strings. He was very opinionated about what was best for me, and although I got the sense he knew well his product line, he did not listen to what I wanted and tried hard to push me towards a specific string (which I assume he gets the best profit). This is when he was not also ignoring me. The two owners were very rude and I wasted about 25 mins of my life trying to give them business. The place is also a TOTAL mess. If you want to be ignored and potentially ripped off go to this store, I will never again. ...read more

Horrible, horrible service. Very rude. I called to see if my raquet was strung, and the lady spent a few minutes telling me how I needed to come in or wait longer unless I paid extra for the same day service, which was never even offered to me. I only go because it's convenient. Overpriced merchandise too...Arlington needs a better tennis shop! ...read more
