I in the Internet shop JTF BUSINESS SYSTEMS on December, 6th this year had been made the order of spare parts Canon GPR 19 DRUM Unit in number of 2 pieces with delivery to Ufa, M.Rylsky 12-30 for a total sum of $3076,71. From card account 96916,37 roubles on December, 8th, 2010 have been written off. However until now JTF BUSINESS SYSTEMS and has not sent me way bills about sending and has in addition demanded for each unit on $500 (i.e. in the sum of $1000 though on the American site e-bay.com similar delivery costs only $80 for 3 kgs of weight to Russia to the address specified by me). Very nice man at first -- he took my measurements and was pleasant enough. But awful fit -- at first the pants and suit were completely ill-fit -- uneven sleeves, slanted jacket, pants pockets popping out etc. Went for a re-fitting -- he told me i gained too much weight (i had gained 4 pounds since the prior fitting). The pants then came back as fat man pants -- HUGE legs and seat -- completely not the tapered look we had discussed. Finally returned it and requested a refund, which he only gave after i threatened to call the credit card company. BUT, despite assurances that the services were 100% guaranteed satisfaction, he refuses to refund the nearly $100 duty and freight cost -- and then offered to do a ""special deal"" on the suit that completely didn't fit in order to compensate me for the charge. COMPLETE HUSTLER -- DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO MEASURE AND/OR CUT A PROPER SUIT AND WILL DO ANYTHING JUST TO ""SELL"" AT THE END OF THE DAY. STAY AWAY! ...read more
