I've done my taxes with Davidoff and Associates for the past two years. Everyone has always been professional and prompt in responding to me, especially Michael Davidov. Michael has been accommodating and willing to help out in anyway he could. It really made me feel like a valued customer. I also have enjoyed the ease of the process and getting to e-file. We were very satisfied with the service provided. We were given detailed directions on the documents that were needed. We met for an in-office interview once. All other correspondences were made over e-mail, which was responded to promptly. We've always dreaded filing taxes because my husband was self-employed through a company based in a different state and I was on a scholarship grant that left all taxes to be handled by the recipient. It was a refreshing change to be able to talk to a real person who consistently handles our taxes. I also appreciate the fact that he is available all year. Not only was our 2013 return done promptly and without hassle, Michael also caught some mistakes in our previous year's taxes and amended our return for significant savings. He also offered to speak to the IRS on our behave when we received cryptic notices regarding our returns. We originally purchased a deeply discounted Groupon deal. Michael gave us all the time and attention to detail that we needed. We have since paid regular rates and I think his rates are very reasonable.
