I thought I was getting good service at a good price. I was so wrong! After 6 months of repeat calls and visits (the entire warranty period) my car still can't get out of second gear. My experience couldn't possibly have been worse. 6 months of return visits, the price of a factory transmission, my car still isn't repaired and they tracked grease oil and dirt into the upholstery. I will have to go to small claims court and hope I can get my money back. ...read more
