I rented a Polaris ATV last month. After returning the machine got a call from Robert who said the machine was damaged and had suffered "impact". I knew I did not hit anything. He said he was sending it to the shop and called back with a $722 estimate for repairs. I told him no way and hung up since I had read the other reviews by then. I got an apology from Robert on my voice mail a few days later. The apology went "i guess I kinda side swiped you with that estimate...". A week later I went down to see the "impact/damage" to the machine and Robert proceeded to point to a few SCRATCHES! on the front and rear fenders. These were not gouges, cracks or "impact". I have rented snowmobiles and ATV's for 15 years and have damaged rental equipment a few times and paid for the damage, but this establishment clearly has a "if you scratch it you bought it" policy. They have charged my credit card $500 which I am disputing with the card company. My service experience for my ATV was almost as poor so paid the $82 diagnostic fee and got out of there. ...read more

After $2100 of labor and $600 of parts my UTV leaked oil, had bad crankshaft seal and came back to me dripping spilled oil and had oily hand prints all over the plastics. I was assured that they stood behind their work but when I took it back in to fix their mistakes they charged for new seals, that I had already paid for once, and more labor charges to pay for their mistakes. Last year I had my boat winterized and shrink wrapped by Advance RV and paid over $400.00 for this service. When I went to uncover my boat for the season I found that my pole that they used to hold up the shrink wrap where broken in half and there were hole in the shrink wrap because of the broken poles. After removing the shrink wrap I found that the whole inside of the boat was covered in mold and because of the broken shrink wrap I had tree seeds inside the boat and roots where growing in the carpet. I when to Advanced RV and told them of the situation the accused someone of getting on top of the shrink wrap and breaking the poles and poking holes inside the shrink wrap. They offered no help with the clean up or any apologies. I will not use these guys ever again and I would recommend not buy anything from Advanced RV ever. Very unhappy in Utah ...read more
