Extremely unethical practice taking place here. She was very nice to us on our first meeting, but as soon as we signed a contract taking her on as our attorney, she was no longer available to us. When we tried to call her she acted very put out. Her team did horrible work preparing a waiver for us. If we wanted to talk to her, we had to set up a meeting and then she would make us wait for hours and CHARGED us for our waiting time. She never gave us a run down on the time we accrued paying her outrageous fees. We hired her because we thought she was very experienced, but it turns out she was interested in anything but us. Gloria CArdenas is a money-hungry bully. We paid her half of her payment cash and then she did not show up to court. We tried to call her but she wouldn't answer her phone. St unethical person i have ever met. On our consult she treated us very badly and did not make an effort to understand our case. Her staff is vulgar and rude. All my appointments are usually an hour and a half wait. DO NOT HIRE HER!!! ...read more

I had a bill from Lone Peak ER go to them, which didn't make any sense related to the fact I had full coverage car insurance and medical insurance. The ER just never submitted the bill after several calls to them. So it went to express recovery. We called and told them who was responsible for the bill but they want you to do all the leg work. So I called GEICO several times and gave them the information. Finally after getting the process started and notified Express Recovery they in turn sent something to my job to garnish my wages. They said if they get the money from my check before Geico and then receive the payment from Geico they will reimburse me.. for some reason with the above complaints I feel they will double dip and take both.
