Thank you Mr. Cloud and Dan V. for your excellent service. I have purchased 3 furnaces and 1 air conditioner from you this year and it was indeed a 5 star experience. When we installed the air conditioner Dan discovered that there was a leak in the line and we didn't know where it was, but Dan was persistent and begin listening to the wall and heard the hissing from the leak. We cut into the wall and we were less than 6 inches from the leak. Dan repaired the leak and I patched and painted the wallboard at a minimal cost. This leak could have cost a great deal of money to repair. I believe Dan went beyond the usual call of duty and I can't thank him enough. I am 81 years old and money is running out so I want to thank Dan for his exceptional service to me and saving me an additional cost above the cost of replacing the Air Conditioner. ...read more
