I met the owner Paul at the Salt Lake city airport before my flight back to Dallas. We talked for a little before he let me know he owned a dessert catering company. He gave me a couple samples before I boarded my flight. I had the salted caramel cookie and peruvian chocolate brownie. I have to say, hands down the best brownie I've ever had.
