Their driver backed into my truck leaving a giant gash. When the driver refused to give me his insurance info, I called the police. At that point he took off. I smelled alcohol on his breath so I'm assuming that's why he didn't stick around. The police pulled him over about 5 minutes down the road and told him to return to the scene where a police officer and I were waiting. He never did so it was classified as a hit and run. Unfortunately, the business owner was just as dishonest as the driver, telling his insurance company that it never happened. I ended up having to track down the police report to finally get the money to get it fixed. This is an incredibly dishonest business and I'd think twice before using them. ...read more
