Gines was recommended to me by a freind that had his wifes ring made there. I took in 3 pictures of rings that my wife liked. They were able to take all the elements she liked of each ring and combine them into one that was perfect!!! They were able to make exactly what I wanted and it cost way less than I had expected for a custom ring!! I would recommend them to ANYONE!!! ...read more

If I could rate them zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. Got my ring back in worse condition than it was when I took it in. Paid a lot to have work done and got it back and my diamond was crooked. I was told if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay more $. Total rip off!!!!! Ray has the worst customer service skills. Couldn't offer any other solution except pay more and I can fix it. Gines lost my business and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone! ...read more
