Brakes had been squeaking for a month since a repair. Since it was done in a different Big O store, over 25 miles away they told me they could not do it, as the back of the invoice states this. This was a LIE. They told me opposite of what it said. Once I pointed this out to them, they than just told me they wouldn't do it as it would cost them service and they were not going to use their guys to help me as they were not the ones that ""screwed up."" I called the warranty number and they noted that this business had treated a customer this way, as well as lied about their responsibility. Within the first minute of me being in the location they were disrespectful as well as unhelpful. I have been using Big O for years and never been treated this poorly. Happy to report that after talking to the warranty line they said I would not have to pay a dime, and that I could go to any store. After reading how this shop was approved by Bill Gephardt, I took my car in to them. My check engine light problem had not been fixed at other shops (even the dealer), and it had become very frustrating. I was skeptical that they could fix the problem. But, much to my surprise (and pleasure), the light and the stalling was fixed. I waited a month before writing this, to make sure there were no issues. My car runs great now.
