Better Credit Now

Using credit repair letters is a great way to repair your credit. It is very important to take time to learn the credit repair process, though. If you don't know when to send the right letters at the right time, you could end up damaging your credit even worse. When it comes to credit repair, you only have one shot. We find that the one-on-one approach to customer service yields better communication, which leads to better results. Of course, you'll be working with our entire team, and our entire team will be working towards achieving your goals. We call this "Real" customer service, and that is rare in our industry We DO NOT scan credit reports and have an automated system produce duplicate dispute letters to mail the credit reporting bureaus. We have skilled counselors that analyze your credit reports and determine the best possible plan for maximum results. Then we draft unique and individual letters to the credit reporting agencies or to the creditors, collection agencies, or courthouses, depending on your unique and individual needs, NO computer program can do that! When you call our office you will not be patched through to a call center full of unskilled telemarketers that read a pre-written scrip of answers to the "most commonly asked questions." Instead you will speak to your assigned counselor, and they will answer your questions directly and personally. With identity theft becoming the largest crime in America do you really want call centers and out-sourced companies accessing your personal financial information? Before you decide on a Credit Repair Company please consider these differences. ...read more

Advisors are rare, order takers abound

Advisors are rare, order takers abound Recently I met with one of our several hundred cusomers to do our annual check-up. We help protect her cars, home, and life. She has had quotes from other companies who promise much and offer lower rates but she has stayed loyal to us. Why? Two main reasons: 1. She has accident forgiveness and 2. She has advisors here. I recently addressed accident forgiveness in another blog, but I want to address advisors in this blog. An advisor is one who is knowledgeable and cares enough to give sound advice. An advisor will offer different coverages for each client. An advisor helps keep people out of court and helps protect their family and assets. This is far different from an order taker who promises anything and everything to get the sale. Make sure your insurance premium is going to a true advisor not a low price order taker. ...read more

Accident Forgiveness

Accident Forgiveness For many years companies have offered a form of accident forgiveness. With companies like Allstate, State Farm and Farmers you could have an accident and not have your rates go up as long as you had been with the company for at least 5 years. Then, in 2005, Allstate became the first company to waive the traditional 5 year probationary period. Customers could have as many accidents every 3 years as vehicles in thier household without being dropped and without a rate-surcharge. Since 2005 a few other companies including Farmers began offering a watered-down version of accident forgiveness. Some would offer up to one accident forgiven, but never multiple accident forgiveness. Others would say accident forgiveness starts after the third or fourth year. Ultimately only Allstate has continued to offer true accident forgiveness and even began lowering peoples deductibles as a reward for safe driving. ...read more
