I have used A Fresh Look Carpet Cleaning twice, and both times I was extremely happy. The second time I was even happier because I finally got to meet the face of the company, LARRY! ahahaha, he is so much fun and so very kind. He is just one of those kinds of ppl that you feel you've known forever and that you feel grateful to have met afterwards, just a bright and cheery soul! He had my cheeks hurting and my ribs hurting after he left, because we were being so silly and happy, and laughing. The guys that came with him were all very kind and funny too. They did an beautiful job. I love my carpets so much now that I don't even want to walk on them because I don't want to mess one fiber up! They got these horrible makeup stains out of my carpet and a bunch of other yucky pet stains. My home smells so fresh and new. They sucked all the gunk straight out and it didn't even take long at all. As long as I live in this state, I'll never go to anyone else! :) ...read more

I can't believe what this man did for me. I truly would have driven my car off a cliff if it hadn't been for Larry. After a flood, drenched carpet, my animals scattering everywhere, Larry showed up at my house at 6:45 pm to save the day, the night, the month! He worked with blazing speed, a fantastic attitude, and although the job was much more involved than he expected, with a smile on his face, he executed the job perfectly. The carpet looks like new, and the worst part of this whole story is that I have to move out of state, and I can't continue using Larry's company from Florida. You would be abosolutely CRAZY not to use this company. Every business owner could learn a lesson or two from Larry Gilspy. ...read more

I had these guys come about 6 weeks ago and just called them to come back again. Larry is a hoot to talk to on the phone and as far as the other guys that came to do the cleaning - they arrived on time, were friendly, professional, fun and very knowledgable in the care and cleaning of my carpet and furniture. They ended up working extremely hard for me on my trailer upolstery, sofa, chairs and carpets and got them all super clean! My house had never smelled so good. I was VERY happy with the service they provided and the price was really good as well. I also have a naughty little dog who sometimes does bad things to our carpet so I have a feeling I will be seeing these guys on a regular basis!
