I would rate this store a 10 If I could! We were caught in the bad storm the week before Thanksgiving while driving between Montana and Arizona. the electrical connection between our trailer and the car became disconnected due to ice building up on the wires. The plug-in was dragging on the pavement and was worn off. We arrived at Napa just as they were closing for the weekend. Two gentlemen open the doors, listened to our problem and had the part We needed and then they went out and did the repair for us.
