He is always quick to respond, patient, knowledgable. He asked lots of questions about the type of home I was interested and only showed me homes that I was interested in. The first house he showed me, he asked if I he could say something about the house. He knew that I wanted children and started showing me things that could become a problem after I have children but now it is fine. I really found is insight helpful and I appreciated it greatly. I had other realtors who I felt like I was a potential sale to them and they never remembered me. Dan made me not only feel like a person but a friend who cares.
