They did work and replaced parts to my bike that I did not ask for and had explicitly told them not to. They claim to have also tuned my bike but the wheels were not true and nothing was clean! Rather than the three days they promised me, my bike took three weeks for VERY basic fixes and nobody called me! They wouldn't answer their phone, so I finally had to drop by to see what was going on. When I got the price it was FOUR TIMES what they quoted me for no good reason. I have never felt so ripped off. I could not believe how unknowledgeable one of the staff was when I dropped off my bike and I should have walked out then. The Blindside shop is my first choice when it comes to clothing, gifts and snowboard and skate gear. The staff is very nice and helpful and if they ever don't have anything that you want they will make sure they get it for you. A go to show known and respected in the industry. ...read more

I have been a customer to blindside for years now and everytime I go in I am simply amazed. I am greeted by a friendly staff and check out their product in such a great environment. This past winter season I was unsure what snowboard I would be looking for with all the camber and reverse camber hype.
