I gave them 2 stars because they are slow to ship... I am unable to rate a product because it has been 12 days since I ordered and I received a message today that they had not shipped due to delay regarding one item & they expect it will take another week before they ship. I told them to drop/refund the one back ordered item and ship the rest, I asked for a coupon for my next purchase since I waited so long for shipment, and they said no. I am looking forward to getting my shipment soon. I decided 2 stars (sorta good) was a fair rating.. If you order from Emergency Essentials - call to see if items are avail -- the website never mentioned there would be a delay when I ordered. ...read more
