I asked Thomas E. Mulcock to do an appraisal on my home for a court issue. I spoke with him numerous times and he stated he was on top of it. Three days before court he says he has done nothing and will not show up to court. He left me hanging with no one that could do another appraisal because of the short notice. My mortgage company contacted Beckstead & Associates to provide an appraisal for our home purchase. Within only 15 minutes of the order being placed with this appraisal firm we were contacted by a polite gentlemen who went out of his way to insure the appointment was made at a time/date convenient to my schedule.
