AT&T's sales reps are slick that's for sure, but their advertising program is anything but. I was led to believe that their advertising program would make all of my advertising and marketing dreams come true. Despite all of the assurances of the effectiveness of their program, I have received absolutely zero response. They do drive traffic to my website, but the traffic is certainly not the type of traffic that's interested in accounting services, and this is not due to a poor website. The only thing worse than the results of this marketing program, has been the customer service. Stay far, far away from AT&T and Yellow Pages. This is the first time I've cared enough about anything to spend the time to spread the word through a review, but I don't think it would be moral not to warn business owners of the AT&T, Yellow Pages trap. company does not fulfill its promises or contracts. They did not send proofs and waited until the closing deadline so that you could not make but one change to your ad. Two checks have been sent and neither has been cashed. Neither have been returned to us either. It appears they do this to make extra income via late fees and interest. Agents Susan and Jacob like to harass people. We have told them to contact us by mail because of their verbal abuse. Phone calls continue to come. Have reported this to the police, Police state it is telephonic harassment-a criminal charge for each phone call. Phone calls keep coming. Sent a third check, still not cashed! Company making threats. Asked for legal dept. Jacob intercepts phone calls and does not allow them to get to the "legal" dept. Jacob says you can contact Paul Hammer in the legal dept. via mail. Anyone considering going to work for this company should think twice. This is what I learned working for them. They do not pay the commission they say they will. It doesn't matter if you call to get it fixed they won't fix it. They have a 98% turnover rate.
