Outstanding service! I began my relationship with PC Laptops by filling out an inquiry on their website. I received a telephone call within minutes of the submission from Phil at the Orem store - closest to my home. I explained that I was ready to reenter the PC world after using a Mac for the past several years, and explained what I was looking for. I made an appointment to visit the Orem store to further discuss what I wanted in my new computer. Phil was very helpful and offered suggestions for my custom build machine. We agreed on a configuration, and I was told my custom laptop would be ready the next day. The new machine is performing beyond my expectations! \t\n\t\nI did have an issue about 3 weeks after purchase where the built-in trackpad quit functioning. PC Laptops lived up to their warranty and replaced the defective assembly without question. I'm very happy with the knowledgable staff and the professionalism of the store. I have been going to the Murray store for the last two years because I get prompt, curteous and patient service from everyone. This store is not the closest one to my home but worth traveling the extra distance. As I am not computer literate, Court and Nephi have ALWAYS treated me with respect and not belittled me for my lack of understanding. I have very few problems with my PC Laptop but when I do the people at the Murray store will either walk me through the solution on the phone or, if I have to bring it in, they fix whatever is wrong while I wait.
