First off I have to thank Meritage for their expert advice in helping me turn a profit on my condo in Aspen through their contacts there. If it wasn't for Tim arranging things in Colorado on my behalf, I am certain that my condo would have been vacant all winter. Its fully booked all the way past New Years 2012!
