Ken Garff Jaguar exhibits poor quality of service, incompetance and horrendous customer service. My 1989 Jaguar XJS was originally taken to Garff for a routine oil leak and instead now suffers a litany of issues from their disrepair: a screw that was put through my beautiful mohogany dash as well as a chip to the 20 year old dash that was pristine before Garff, damage to the inside lining of my passenger side, inability to fix an ABS light that keeps coming on, and repeated misdiagnosis of a subframe issue. Their customer service is non-existant: I never get calls from them about my car, their service manager has never responded to an email I sent about the horrible status of my car, and they have never once returned my car in clean condition. ...read more
