I was having brake problems with my Chevy Malibu so I stopped into a shop that was by my house to get an estimate. the shop told me I needed new pads, rotors and that my calipers were bad. 700.00 for front brakes! I decided to try Big O that was a little farther from my house but wanted a second opinion. The Sales staff was very friendly and was able to squeeze me in right away to give me a free brake inspection, I was told that I did indeed need new brake pads and that my rotors were also recommended, but that there was no reason to replace my calipers and that to do my whole brake job with a brake fluid flush would be half the price that the other shop wanted and came with a lifetime parts warranty and a 12 month labor warranty. They were able to get me in and out in about an hour and even provided me with a free donut and coffee from the Dunkin Donuts next door. Thank You Big O Tires, I will definitely be bringing all my vehicles to you, its nice to have an honest store that is a one place shop to get all my tires and service done at. ...read more
