I think people that go car shopping typically expect ahead of time that the whole experience will be a nightmare from all the horror stories out there, so they go in with negative expectations and create a negative experience for themselves without even realizing that they are part of the problem! ...we had a great experience, we were looking for a car for my son and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
