Went to have a rear tire replaced on my scooter because it was flat. Dropped it off on a Saturday and didn't even hear from anyone until Thursday, and only because I emailed wondering how it was going on Wed.\t\n\t\nWhen I finally heard back from them, they simply said it was ready. Went to pick it up and the bill was almost twice what I was originally told. They charged a $15 service fee on replacing a light and also to raise my windshield, both without notifying me of any charge! On top of that, they didn't even replace the tire, they simply put a tube in it, without asking me and charged me parts plus another service fee and a charge of $25 to "diagnose" my obviously flat tire! \t\n\t\nThe guy Jordan "helping" me answered a phone call and talked the entire time I was there so I couldn't even discuss the bill or any of the ridiculous and never before mentioned charges. He waved and walked off still on the phone while I got my scooter out of the garage and helped myself out. \t\n\t\nWORST SERVICE EVER, and they totally ripped me off.
