This is one of the best gyms I have signed up for. They offer a variety of classes such as kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian jitsu, etc. I have only been trying the kickboxing classes and they are amazing. The instructors are very friendly and always push your limits. Each instructor has their own style and unique personality but they all share the same values - making sure the classes are fun, challenging and motivational! They also have gray playlists that cheer you up! You will see significant change in your body and strength after a couple months. The first class is free so you should give it a try!
