I purchased 4 new tires in December of 2005. I have had the tires rotated regularly since then. In January 2007 I asked to have the alignment checked, a flat repaired, and the regular rotation done. They had the car for 6 hours and they told me everything was fine and it did not need an alignment. I took my car to a family friend machinic in April 2007 and he checked the alignment. He told me that the way the wear was on my tires, he could tell that I have needed an alignment for 6 months. Now, the front tires have to be replaced, the wires are sticking out on one of them!! I called Nathan at Anderson tires and he told me that they had no record of me coming in for a rotation and alignment check in January, just a flat repair. I now have to buy 2 new tires because they are not under warranty due to the fact they were worn because of the alignment. The same alignment that Anderson Tire told me was fine 3 months ago. Had rear brakes overhauled 8/19/06 for $399 to correct E-btake issue. Problem returned early Nov and Anderson diagnosed as Parking brake cable for another $184. Went to 2nd mechanic and had to have rear calipers replaced. Why not done in first place with overhaul? Talked to Ron (mngr) about it with no results. ...read more
