I bought a new guitar this morning. When I was putting new strings on it this evening, I noticed that the varnish on one edge was flaking off. When I took it back to exchange (the same day I bought it), they refused to exchange it for me, all the while insinuating that it was my fault that the guitar was "damaged". I came in for a tint job and left with one of the worse jobs ever. I used to go to Autobahn Tints in the same complex and when I saw they weren't there I went in there and they told me they were no longer in business, which I later found out wasn't true, my bad. I had them repair one of the several windows that were bad and after that they told me that is the best they could do. I am used to better tint jobs than that. Stay away! ...read more
