We asked the owner what would be a good car for a first time driver who is 10 years old. He suggested a new car that he just got in stock. I took it home and the next day my son opened the present only to have it not work. It ruined his birthday. I brought it back and the owner could not replace it so of course since my son was heart broken I upgraded the car and spent even more money. The owner still said the new car was good for a 10 year old. Unfortunately he was wrong. The 4th time my son drove the car he crashed it...to be expected by a 10 year old, and the frame snapped in half. I took it back but the owner was cold and not helpful. He would not even call the manufacturer or replace the 10.00 dollar part. I relied on his expertise and was steering wrong twice. My advice is to stay away as the lack of customer service will cost you and break your sons heart! ...read more
