Horrible customer service. Received flowers for my daughter and upon receiving the flowers, they were droopy and sad looking. Found out they were the wrong colors from what was ordered and they were missing the balloons. Took the flowers to Haws so they could see that the flowers were dying less than 24 hours upon receipt and the owner was hostile and rude. Said the flowers were perfect (um, brown on flowers is good???) and wouldn't do anything about providing better flowers. Personally, I feel anyone wanting flowers should go to Smith's or ANYWHERE else but Haws Floral. The owner was openly rude to my concerns. He ruined the beautiful gesture made by my daughter's grandmother by not providing what was promised. There are other florists within 5 miles of Lehi, You are better off going somewhere else. ...read more
