We didn't even bother moving in, they try to scam us right from the beginning. They lied to us about how the deposits worked and refused to give us the promised move in deal they offered us. Not to mention their application fees are absolutely ridiculous!! Lisa and Kelly in the office are entirely incompetent and unknowledgable about how THEIR OWN policies work. I bought a townhome in oct 2012, and I have had bad luck with my house. I bought it brand new but the inside of my house is falling apart, carpet on the steps was not laid down properly, both of my main doors u can see the outside while it is shut, the back dr is rubbing on my carpet which ripped the stripping, my tub has a dent in it, my son bathroom dr doesnt shut right. N the realtor n builder refuse to repair the problem in a timely manner.
