I broke down in Layton Utah while running to an appointment. Luckily I was right next to Shadetree when this unfortunate event happened. I did not want to take it in to any auto repair that I was not familiar with. I had no choice. They took my car in, gave me a free diagnostic, gave me a loaner to get back to Salt Lake City, and had my car finished in a day. I couldn't believe it!!! In talking to the locals they whislt I was bragging about my service they all replied, "Oh yeah, those guys are the best". They really are the best. Thanks Shadetree. I took my car there to have them figure out what was wrong with it. They said they would call me the next day, they never did. So I went in the day after they were supposed to call and they told me it was gonna cost me 990 dollars to fix my transmission. When I got it back it ran great for a day. Took it in again the next day again it took them two days to get it back to me. After two weeks of this they tell me the reason my car is shot is because the radiator is broken. I ask if we had fixed this before you made me fix the trasmission would that have worked they said yes. SO now I am out 1,500 dollars. I hate them so much. Don't go there if you want to keep your car safe they butcher it so you have to keep coming back to pay them more money. ...read more
