I shop at the TPT Home store in Costa Mesa and with each visit I become more confused as to how someone put all of this money into this store and then would let become the merchandising mess it is today. I loved the way it was put together when the store opened, there were clear stories and unique combinations of colors and styles. Now, with a manager who I believe comes from Home Depot,(which could explain the mass merchandising mess) the store is a jumbled mess with no focus or direction. Some of the prices are a bit high on seasonal items. But the selection is great on these items. The furniture prices are ridiculously high priced and with this economy,and mirrors it's a wonder if the sell any or just use as a tax write off. My daughter collects TaiPan Trading fairies. I also find that their fairies are way out of reach pricey every year they get more pricey. I would purchase a lot more if the prices were lowered but at the price now I can only afford 1. ...read more
