Upstate Vacuum

I brought my machine in on a Thursday I was very specific that this was my livelyhood. I left exact instructions on what was wrong. He said he would look at it right away. I knew he was going away mon. and Tues. Called Sat. ""not ready"". Called Mon., hadn't looked at it yet. Called Thursday- repairmans day off. called Fri.- was going to look at it right away,"" What was wrong again? I'll get it out this afternoon"" Called Sat morning 9 am-"" What was wrong with it"" again . This repair shop is 1 1/2 hours from my business, and when he finnally called, I went righr away. When I got there he ""fixed"" something I had told him not to. When I wanted to try the machine at the shop, he looked at me like I was crazy. He also charged me 75 cents for a needle and 50 cents for a bobbin. $79 for service. RIP-OFF. Next time I'll drive 3 hours to NYC. I would NEVER go to this shop again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
