Here it is!  I know all of you have been dying for this to happen so fret no more, Polywampus Pictures is alive and well on the world wide web.  I officially opened the doors here in TX this week with business lic. and tax ID.  I have a couple of customers that I am shooting commercials for this week and next so be on the look out. The site iswww.polywampus.webs.com , I would love for you all to visit and register as members and let me know what you think of the site. For those of you who are wondering what the heck is going on let me enlighten you. 1) Feature films require money (investors) 2) Investors like to know who they are investing in. 3) If I can't find investors for my films I need a revenue source (plus being able to survive). So that all boils down to doing what it takes to make that all happen, ie, work. That is my plan to build my brand and give investors something tangible to look at and invest in so they will know the quality of the end product.  It will also give me the chance to pursue my craft and hone my skills as a film maker. I know a gentleman who was able to do this exact thing.  Charles Oliver.  He made commercials, won awards, and when he had enough money he made his first feature film (Take).  Then he was able to get investors to make more.  I think that in this market and with all the competition there is for funding, I need to set myself apart and be able to secure the type of funding from the type of investors I want.
