The staff will not stand behind their clients. If you have a problem with your care giver the management staff makes excuses and will not hear your complaints.They act defensive and uncaring to the needs of their clients. I needed someone to care for my loved one and this company is very deficient in their management and will not listen to the client. I can not stress enough how much of a burden this has caused me. One nurse manager (Mary) when I was telling her of the horrible way one of the staff cleaned the house and I quote " I don't want to hear about the past..."
