I have been doing business with this company for 14 years and have visited their facility many, many times. Troy the owner, really knows the meat business. His facility is spotlessly clean and his ovens and equipment is absolutely top drawer. His meat products are delicious and the packaging is really attractive and well done. His catering business is alive and well.He is a good businessman who ethics and practises are beyond question. Customer service seems to be his middle name.
