I took my mother to this location in Wharton, Texas. Maci was very professional, very respectful, very courteous, very patient and very knowledgeable. She help my mother tremendously especially since my mother does not speak English that well. Maci provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I advised the eye doctor excellent customer service is very important to your business because the eye business is very competitive. Dr Ermis was very friendly and patient with my mother as well. Mrs Aguilar was very friendly and patient with my mother. Please be sure to take care of Maci. Your people need to spend a day or two with her for training to make sure everyone is on the same page. ...read more
