I absolutely hate this property! Hate is a very strong word and I really really mean it! You move in thinking you know about what your bills will be, and BAM! 250 dollars in UTILITIES only, not including electric! That is water and sewer. I have disputed it, it got denied and now we are looking at either dealing with it or moving out with an extra 1500.00 owed in order to keep my credit in good standing. So pretty much screwed which ever way you look at it. Let me just say that my husband and I moved from a house, where we watered our yard did more laundry than I do now and showered the same and our bill was a 3rd of what this one is! The manager is rude, basically does not want to help you in any way. I have voiced my concern and talked to other residents and provided the difference in our billing and still....nothing! I have a work order I have requested 3 times and still not completed.....I mean, if this alone does not tell you to not live here, then so be it. Just sayin'..... ...read more
