I signed up for Open range Internet service on August 10,2010. I was told that the service would begin in 2 to 4 days. Then on August 28th (18 days later) and after several calls to customer service...there it is...a signal, finally.....wait...i lost the signal, nope, wait, there it is....nope...darn it, maybe i need to move the modem to get a better signal, but alas, after 2 days of messing around trying to move it into every possible direction imaginable, no luck. Ok, customer service said they would send me a gift card for my troubles along with a technician to fix all my problems....a week later, no gift card, no tech, no nothing. Got fed up and called to cancel, they said no problem, just send us the modem back and we wont charge your credit card to $200 equipment fee. Ok, fine....five minutes after getting off the phone, checked my bank account, and what do you know, they charged me the $200 fee anyways, and am still fighting to get it back after returning the equipment.GoodLuck ...read more
