Did not give an estimate prior to the move, did not provide accounting of boxes or packing materials, no moving inventory sheets. Contracted for 3 days and forced to decrease to 2 days, late in 2nd day. Over $2,000.00 documented furniture damage. To my knowledge no pads on furniture only plastic wrap. Moving in broken banister, damaged walls and floor, broken glass table top, damaged upholstery, numerous mars and chips on furniture due to poor protection and loading on trucks. Did not pack or move all of the belongings at old house. End of move at 1 AM I received a written invoice and they received payment in full. Did not pay our damage claim in full, with estimate and pictures submitted by a professional furniture repairperson. In discussion she said the claim I originally filed was a lesser amount.
