I visited this DoJo this wk and was greeted when I walked through the door from an instructor. Just happened to be the owner Mr Neigel. He was very helpful and didn't mind sitting down and answering my questions. I also met another instructor and am assistant instructor all friendly and upfront about costs and the fact of the fact they do not have Any contracts to sign. The mats were clean the equipment clean and in good cond. I have started training with them they offer true mixed martial arts with no nonsense.
