We can't begin to say how much we love going to Dr. Rudd! Her and her staff are exceptional. Not only do they make me feel comfortable, but also my four year old who was having some problems. As for me, I was having problems for years that assumed were due to allergies. When Dr. Rudd looked into them, she knew right away it was not allergies but a deeper problem that she then verified and was able to correct for me, with treatment over a few weeks. I got my eyeglasses at this Sears Optical location. Steve gave great customer service- he was patient, helpful, very knowledgeable, and courteous. He took more then enough time to help me choose my frames. This being my first pair of glasses, I didn't know what would work best for me, or how I would ever find a pair of frames that I would actually like, but Steve took the time to make sure I got just the perfect pair for my needs and likes.
