Our company was in need of serious technology help and computer upgrades. When we contacted Mr. Baum, he came to our office, evaluated our current system and scheduled a meeting to address what we would need. We were presented with details of exactly what would be done and he answered all our questions. We have not had any major issues and the small ones we have had, we have been very pleased with the response time in which they were remedied. I was with my previous IT support company for several years but as they grew they became harder to contact (with any urgency, at least), they had so many clients they often left me waiting a day or two or three to work on my issue, and worst of all they became arrogant in their billing department, raising their rates as if they were some powerhouse law firm. --------- Tom Baum's DatCom, LLC. has been a very refreshing change. He has employees who can run out and do simple fixes, but he handles most of our issues. I can handle 80% of our IT issues, but everything else, primarily our network services, are proactivley managed and monitored by Tom.
