They seem to be good people but I'm having a very hard time collecting on warranty work. I bought a new bike almost a year ago and when it started to have trouble I took it in. They said ''No problem we will get you taken care of'' that was a month ago and I still don't have my bike back. I'm kinda under the impression that they don't want to fix it. I can sort of understand if they where having a hard time getting my parts in but that isn't the case. They've had them now for 7 days and still haven't touched my bike. ...read more

What can I say other than, never will I personally buy anything from Will Clark at Mammoth Motorsports, nor would I send friends and family. Never met anyone so twofaced in my life. This is my personally experience of dealing with Will Clark at Mammoth Motorsports in Tyler Texas.When you meet the man behind the store you "Will" really know what I am talking about. I guess when people dont get what they want they complain. But sometimes crying falls on deaf ears. I understand completely.
