I've been to this store numerous times and suffer the rude counter help everytime. \t\nThe store is all you would think a feed store should be, all your wants can be found, but when you go to pay, the sourpuss behind the counter really has me wanting to go to another business.\t\n\t\nThere are three behind the counter usually, the older woman had a serious chip on her shoulder and offers off rude, uninterested, "don't bother me" ...."service". \t\n\t\nI hope the owner of D & D reads this and gets the "Debbie Downer" at his counter to clean up her act...or get someone in there that is at LEAST friendly. ...read more

Randall's installed a/c units to a new subdivision in '94-'95. We built a house there. Yes units were undersized (but that was a contractor decision), but what was impressive was the response and consideration shown by this company. For example, lightening struck my house & unit after the warranty had expired but Randall's found a way to cover and replace. Many times they quoted a figure and then worked it down 33% or more when we explained we just didn't have the $ as a single income younger family. THEY ARE FANTASTIC.
