Review is for Verizon Wireless and not specifically the Temple Store. My cell svc was out 4 wks with Verizon. Long time customer and svc had worked fine at home - 2 phones, different types and manufacturers, 1 provided by Verizon, 1 unlocked but activated by Verizon. Suddenly both quit working at home but worked as soon as we got about a mile away. Repeatedly used direct message and phone with Verizon cust svc. Spent hrs over a 4 wk period. First got told their investigation showed our level of service was acceptable (no service)! Then it was my "fraud" phone (the unlocked 1)- their words - that caused both phones not to work but only at home. Kept getting told 3 more days, 3 more days. Finally they opened a ticket on the verizon provided phone but never would tell me how 1 phone could cause all this. And every time I talked to them, they tried to up sell me to a new phone! Finally changed providers but still haven't managed to get any credit for the time without service. ...read more

If I could give the zero stars I would. I tried to get an install done and after changing my appointment because their employee called in sick, when I showed up they didn't have the install kit to put the stereo in. Maybe they could of mentioned I needed an install kit when I called two weeks prior? The manager was also unhelpful and didn't even offer me a discount for wasting my time/gas.
