On January 3, 2007 we have decided to build a house and signed the contract with Westin Homes. This property was inspected twice by our own independent inspector on July 10, 2007 a pre-sheetrock inspection; and November 8, 2007. Both these inspections listed numerous items which have not been addresses or corrected by Westin Homes. We have detailed pictures of shoddy work and of interior areas littered with workers' beer cans. The extensive delays (the house was under construction for 11 months)with the unfixed defects and broken codes are grounds for terminating the contract.
